Custom business apps and automation, built around a real workflow: the controls, permissions and integrations your team needs, with a person kept in the loop where it matters. Bespoke discovery, then a scoped quote.
What it covers
Every business app starts from a workflow. We map how the work happens now, find the repeated or error-prone parts, and agree the smallest useful first version before building anything.
How it works
We walk through the workflow, the people and the tools involved. You get a plain description of what could be improved and what it would take.
We agree the smallest useful first version and quote it. No fixed price is invented before the work is understood, and extras are listed separately.
We build in stages and show you working software early. Feedback shapes the next stage rather than arriving after everything is finished.
You keep the code, the data and the documentation. We can train your team and stay on for support if you want it.
Public proof
The public bookshop sits in front of BoxFlow, the operational system for catalogue stock, box and pallet preparation and Amazon FBA labels. Paid orders feed into the work; shipping tools handle courier quotes, labels and tracking; AI chat and a phone assistant carry routine questions.

Controls and limits
Automation is only useful when it can be trusted. Each rule is agreed, each sensitive action can need a human approval, and the system records what changed and when. Where an integration cannot do something, that is stated plainly rather than hidden behind a workaround.
AI is added where it has a specific job, such as answering routine questions from the catalogue or drafting a reply. It does not quietly run the business: consequential decisions stay with your team, and a customer can always reach a person.

Websites connected to a business app still include the standard SEO setup: useful copy, relevant titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console. Google Business Profile setup is considered where the business is eligible. Search and AI systems choose what they show, so a sitemap or schema cannot guarantee a ranking, a map position or an AI citation.
Optional care is £39/month, cancel anytime: UK hosting, SSL, daily backups, security maintenance, uptime monitoring, a monthly search-health check and up to 30 minutes of small content and SEO updates combined each month, plus a short report. Custom systems support is agreed separately.
Questions
A private tool built around one business's work: a dashboard, client or supplier portal, stock or job tracker, or an automation that moves information between systems. If the job is repeated, has rules and would be clearer in one place, it is worth a conversation.
There is no fixed price, because the work depends on the workflow and the integrations. We run a short discovery, agree the smallest useful first version, and quote that scope before anything is built. Any discovery cost and development price are agreed before that work starts.
The £1,495 Business package already includes an owner app for bookings, enquiries, invoices, galleries and WhatsApp contact. Full ERP-style systems, warehouse and shipping workflows and AI phone integration go beyond that and are bespoke, scoped work.
Often, if the system offers a usable integration or API. We check what your accounts, CRM, stock, shipping or calendar tools actually allow before promising a connection. Where no integration exists, that limit is stated rather than worked around silently.
No. Automation follows rules you agree, and AI suggestions are kept where a person can review them. We do not build systems that take consequential actions, such as payments or refunds, without a human decision. Autonomy is designed deliberately, not assumed.
You do. Roles and permissions decide which person or team can see and change what. Sensitive actions can need approval, and every change can be recorded so there is a clear history of who did what and when.
The timeline depends on the scope and integrations, and we agree it after discovery. Larger systems are delivered in stages, so something useful can be used early while the rest is built around it.
Yes. You own the domain, code and content, and your data stays yours. You can take the work elsewhere, and you are not locked to us for hosting or support — though optional care and support are available if you want them.

A free 15-minute call starts with your workflow, the people using it and the systems it touches. Discovery comes first; the quote follows the scope.
Bespoke systems work. Custom apps, automation, warehouse and shipping tools and AI integration are scoped and quoted after discovery. No fixed price is published, because none is invented.
