The Business package is a website plus the owner app. We agree the pages and the exact controls with you first, so you know what is in the build before it starts.

The owner app
An owner app, not an App Store download.
The owner app is a private part of your website. You add it to your phone's home screen and open it like any other app. It needs a data connection, keeps its own login, and can be used on a tablet or laptop as well.
What it holds depends on the scope we agree. Bookings, enquiries, invoices, galleries, client notes and WhatsApp sharing links are the usual starting set; extra controls are added when they have a clear job to do.

Deposits, reminders and payments are scoped, not assumed.
Deposits, automatic reminders, payment providers and extra integrations are not automatically part of the Business package. We agree them when they suit how you actually work, because each one changes how a booking behaves and what it connects to.
Card payments can go through a provider you already use or one we set up, with the provider's own fees and terms applying. Two-way calendar sync, multiple staff diaries and public integrations are worked out before quoting.
In every build
Search setup and optional care.
Every Redway website includes the SEO setup described above: useful copy, titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console. Google Business Profile setup is considered where the business is eligible. Search and AI systems choose what they show, so a sitemap or schema cannot guarantee a ranking, a map position or an AI citation.
Optional care is £39/month, cancel anytime: UK hosting, SSL, daily backups, security maintenance, uptime monitoring, a monthly search-health check and up to 30 minutes of small content and SEO updates combined each month, plus a short report. New pages, articles and larger growth work are quoted separately.

Is the owner app an App Store download?
No. The owner app is a private, password-protected part of your website that you add to your phone's home screen. It opens like an app, needs a data connection and keeps its own login. It also works on a tablet or laptop.
What does the £1,495 Business package include?
A custom website for your services and prices, plus an owner app for bookings or requests, enquiries, invoices, galleries and WhatsApp contact. The exact screens and connections are agreed in your project scope before work starts.
Can customers pay a deposit when they book?
Deposits can be added when they suit your workflow. They are agreed in the scope because a deposit changes how the booking, the payment and any refund are handled. The payment provider's own fees and terms also apply.
Do you send automatic reminders?
Reminders can be included, but they are not automatic in every build. We agree whether reminders go out by email, SMS or WhatsApp, when they send and what they say as part of your scope.
Which payment providers can you use?
We can connect a provider you already use or set one up for the build, such as Stripe for cards. Available methods and their fees are the provider's, and any connection is confirmed in the scope.
Can it sync with my existing calendar?
Sometimes. One-way or two-way calendar sync and multiple staff diaries are additional scope, because they change how availability and double-booking are handled. We check what your calendar system supports before quoting.
How long does a booking website take?
Most websites take a few weeks. A booking system with an owner app depends on the agreed screens and connections, so we set the timeline together once the scope is clear. You review a working design before launch.
How is an online shop different?
A shop is for selling products: catalogue, basket, checkout, stock and order management, from £2,495. A booking website is for services and appointments. If you need both, we scope them as one project rather than pretending they are the same build.
