From finding the right book to getting the order out.
A specialist bookshop, a warehouse platform and AI customer support. The EduBooks project connects the public shopping experience with the practical work behind each order.

Help people find the right edition.
For a school, language teacher or independent learner, choosing a book is often specific: the right course, level or ISBN. The storefront gives that search a clear starting point, with subject shelves and product information alongside it.
- A focused catalogueSearch by title, author or ISBN, then inspect the book, price and availability before adding it to the basket.
- A route for different buyersIndividual shoppers can check out online, while schools and trade customers have information suited to larger orders.
- Orders carried into operationsStripe payment events feed shop orders into BoxFlow, connecting the sale with the team preparing it.
Give the warehouse a clear view of the work.
BoxFlow is the operational side of the project. It organises catalogue stock, boxes and preparation work, with an interface built for the people handling the books.
Warehouse workflows cover pick lists, box and pallet preparation, and Amazon FBA product labels. Stock quantities and preparation statuses stay distinct, so the team can see both what is available and where work has reached.
The interface below is the actual application with sample information. It illustrates the controls without publishing customer orders or warehouse records.

Carry the order through dispatch.
A paid order still needs a parcel, a courier and a label. Shipping tools bring courier quotes, booking, labels and tracking into the operational workflow, with handling for unpaid booking drafts.
Dispatch records connect that work to the order. Keeping payment, preparation and shipping states separate makes the next action clearer than treating every order as simply “done” or “not done”.
Support that can look up the books.
The project includes AI assistance through website chat and a telephone assistant. Catalogue lookup gives the assistants stock information to work from when someone asks about a title.
Chat supports a handover to a person. Phone escalation currently means taking a message for follow-up. The aim is to help with routine questions while keeping a practical route to the business for requests that need human judgement.
Built around the business, step by step.
The public shop, private warehouse interface and customer-support tools have different jobs. Connecting them through payment events and application interfaces lets each part serve its users without putting warehouse controls in front of a shopper.
This is custom systems work: a combination of website design, operational software and selected integrations. The useful starting point is a real workflow, then agreeing which parts should connect and where a person stays in control.

Custom systems, agreed around your workflow.
Warehouse platforms, shipping integrations and AI assistants are scoped and quoted separately. The work shown here is not a standard website-package inclusion.
