A clear first step for parents. Something students can actually try.
Grade Ladder brings Dr Hadi Sabouhi’s tutoring offer, appointment booking and the material around each lesson into one connected experience.

One website. Two people to convince.
A parent choosing a tutor needs a clear view of the subjects, the person teaching, the prices and what happens next. A student needs to feel that the teaching will make sense to them. The Grade Ladder brief made room for both.
The brand follows the idea of taking the next step in understanding. The website carries that through the subject explanations and booking journey, while interactive exercises let students engage with a real concept before arranging a lesson.
Explain the offer. Let people try it.
The site covers Maths, Physics and Chemistry, with a visible tutor introduction, published lesson options and a free introductory call. The customer journey moves from understanding the teaching to choosing a relevant next step.
- Interactive subject examplesThe public lab includes a projectile exercise, chemical-equation balancing and a graph-matching activity. These demonstrate a concept rather than decorating the page.
- A booking journey with contextVisitors choose an introductory call or a lesson, subject and level, then a time and their details. The steps keep those decisions separate and understandable.
- A private place for each familyThe portal is built to hold lesson details, joining links, worksheets, topics and progress information together.
- Clear information before contactPrices, subject coverage, the tutor’s approach and frequently asked questions are available on the public site.
Teaching on the front. Organisation behind it.
The tutor app and family portal have different jobs. Dr Sabouhi needs controls for lessons and students; a family needs the information relevant to its own learning.
- The tutor’s diaryReview lesson requests, accept or decline them, manage availability and open the lesson link from the relevant entry.
- Student materials and progressAssociate worksheets, topics and results with a student, then make that material available through the private portal.
- The administration around lessonsPrepare invoices, send portal links and support lesson reminders. The owner interface keeps these tasks beside the teaching schedule.

Make the useful parts easy to find.
The public site gives the brand its voice, but each working surface has a simpler priority. The tutor’s app puts requests and lesson controls close together. The family portal brings the next lesson and learning material forward.
The screens are built for the device at hand: a phone for a quick check, a tablet or laptop when working with lesson material. The project combines a public introduction with tools that support what happens after someone books.
