Yes. Website backup and restore is £8/month for any site we can reach over SFTP or SSH with database access — WordPress and most sites on cPanel, Plesk or a VPS. A nightly encrypted copy is kept on our server and in EU cloud storage, tested every month, and restored on request. Site builders such as Wix, Squarespace and Shopify are not covered. Cancel anytime.
Yes. The domain, code and content are yours. You can choose our optional hosting or take your website elsewhere.
Most websites take a few weeks. We agree a timeline around your scope, content and feedback before starting, and you review a working design before launch.
No. We show you how to use the features included in your package. Clients on the optional care plan can also ask us to make small changes within the combined monthly allowance.

Yes. When a business you refer launches its website with us, you each receive £50 credit towards a build or care and hosting. Tell us who referred you when you get in touch. There is no signup and no limit on referrals.
